  • How long will the renovation take?

Each project is different. We’ll discuss the project with you to ensure you have a clear picture of what’s ahead.

  • How does your company communicate?

Communication is key. We can give an approximate start date for your project. After verifying lead times for materials and assessing our workload, we will pinpoint a start date. We provide weekly updates on its status and what’s next. If delays occur, we’ll communicate those and give you a strategic plan to address them. We’re on-site every day and honest about any hurdles and how we overcome them.

  • Can I live in my home while you’re remodeling it?

Perhaps. Depending on the project's scope and ensuring there are no life-safety issues, you may be able to stay in your home while the work is being completed. We cordon off the area we’re working in to minimize dust and noise. Our crews clean up the workspace daily, and we create a construction path to protect the rest of the living space.

  • Do I need to pull a permit?

Obtaining building permits is part of our process. We will obtain any required permits.

  • I’m ready to start my remodel. How soon can you start?

We can start relatively quickly, depending on how many existing projects we have. If you need help creating the vision for your space or want to work with a designer, it may take longer. We’re here to make your vision a reality.

  • I need help knowing what colors and selections work well together. Can you help me?

Yes, we work with talented interior designers who can assist you with the latest trends, colors, and solutions to tie everything together. We can pair you with an independent consultant for larger projects or guide you to a smaller, more focused designer for aspects of your project.

  • What areas do you service?

Greenville County, western Spartanburg County, northern Anderson County, Pickens County, and eastern Oconee County. If you live outside our standard service area but would like to work with us, contact us.
